How to use
Add about 50g of salts (roughly what fits neatly into the palm of your hand) for each bath and soak for at least 10 minutes. This is an excellent way of helping to restore depleted Magnesium levels, which most of us now suffer from. Sports people often bathe in Magnesium after exertion. Regular Magnesium baths may help to alleviate both joint and muscle aches and are great for the skin too.
